Alano House

Alano House provides services directed toward recovery (mental health and substance use) with a focus on underserved populations (homeless, offenders, indigent) and support for their families. Alano House maintains four sober homes. We assist clients in developing skills to maintain a safe and sober lifestyle that allows for a return to becoming an active member of the community. We help people to help themselves get back to work, back to family, and back to life. We offer treatment, substance abuse education, counselor training, sober living and sober activities, offender treatment, DUI education, and more. Interns are needed to provide direct service, and who can assist with graphic design, social media, and needs assessment. Interns can attend meetings with clients and supervisor and participate in observations and interactions.
