Pikes Peak Community Action Center – Billie Spielman Community Center

Pikes Peak Community Action Agency’s (PPCAA) mission is to increase the capacity of low-income individuals and families to be self-sufficient. Our efforts break the cycle of poverty with programs that help stabilize families and provide tools that give individuals the hope and skills they need to succeed and become independent and contributing citizens.


Pikes Peak Derby Dames

The Pikes Peak Derby Dames is the first flat track roller derby league in Colorado Springs founded in 2005. PPDD is affiliated with the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA), the international governing body of the women’s flat track roller derby. The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center provides a home for the birth, nurture and celebration of our organizations, institutions and culture; cares for our individuals and groups in need; educates the public and our community; and empowers our individuals and groups to achieve their fullest potential.

Pikes Peak Interagency Transition Team (PPITT) is committed to providing quality services to people with disabilities. Pikes Peak Interagency Transition Team has been meeting monthly since 1992, longer than any other interagency group in Colorado.

The Pikes Peak Justice and Peace Commission is a community-based organization grounded in principles of nonviolence, sustainable living and social and economic justice. This is done by engaging community partners in creating systemic change on local, national and global issues by educating, organizing and nurturing a world of justice and peace.
