(RMOLTC) promotes a continuum of home and community-based services to enhance the quality of life for the frail, elderly and disabled individuals we serve. Clients consist of children with life-limiting illnesses, and adults\/elderly who qualify for long-term care (e.g., mental illness, brain injury, blindness, disabilities).
