Pikes Peak Interagency Transition Team (PPITT) is committed to providing quality services to people with disabilities. Pikes Peak Interagency Transition Team has been meeting monthly since 1992, longer than any other interagency group in Colorado.
PPTRC is the oldest, largest and the only PATH premier accredited center in southern Colorado.
