DNA Connexions

Explore and Identify – DNA Connexions is a lab that performs targeted genetic testing to identify inherent conditions and foreign DNA and provide necessary information to healthcare providers for treatment. Foreign bacterial, viral and fungal and parasitic microbes can be identified from root canal, cavitation, implants and other oral samples. To explore genes such as ApoE and gluten intolerance and to develop relevant research protocols. They are looking for students interested in Biology or Chemistry and Biochemistry to do research, grant writing, and record keeping.
