BSOTR is a group of dedicated behavior analytic practitioners who strive to deliver quality behavior supports to children from the ages of 18 months to 18 years, and to adults with developmental disabilities, to help support independence. We also offer caregiver support and staff training on crisis support and prevention. Interns must demonstrate a desire to work with individuals with disabilities, and should work well independently and also have the ability to collaborate with and work well with others.
